Improving EMS Score

So I'm attempting to build my EMS scoreon my 2nd playthrough and after doing all side-missions, scanning a huge array of the galaxy, playing a bit of multiplayer and now about to infiltrate the Cerberus base. My score sits at about 2800. I don't get why it's so low. I know there is nthing I have missed. I have purchased every little item, upgrade, everything down to each damn fish. So what am I missing?

Side-note: I'm currently in my 2nd playthrough along with doing all side-missions and I'm only 17-hours in, I'm at the Cerberus base, wish the game was longer :blush:

If you've played through once, why in the hell would you be concearned IN THE LEAST, with that score????

Because that score allows you to get an anding where either Shepard lives or that both Shepard and Anderson live. What does it matter to you what I focus on in the game anyway? I wanna do everything physically possible this time around.

ya my readiness rating was around 2800-ish as well... was annoyed because I did all the side-quests and stuff. I'm curious about this too

basically, you can get around 7K ish MS (not EMS) in single player alone, this ends up around 3500 ish EMS (can be a few higher). You need 5000 EMS to have shep live no matter what in the destroy ending.

Thus you need to play Multiplayer and/or the iOS game (not sure how much it jumps your readiness up).

Yeah I just got done going through every system looking for War Assets and I'm still too low. I was hoping to avoid multiplayer just because I often get teams of guys that wander off and die or I'm stuck in a two-person room.
