 I have a concern about my romance with Liara in ME3.

My femshep has been faithful through me1 and me2. I also have the Shadow Broker DLC where I rekindled the relationship and all that. Liara seemed to recognize the relationship in the beginning of my game but somehow drifted into the friend zone after. During the scene where she wanted my opinion on how to describe me, I chose the option that seemed the most positive, but I thought the wording about being good friends or something was odd.

I talk to her as often as possible, in between missions. Now that I have done the mission on the Citidel, she is unresponsive. I read you are supposed to get an email that she wants to meet, which I have not received. I saw her on the Citidel, but she basically greets me and there are no other dialog options. What have I done wrong?? 
Is there a technical issue with the Liara romance that I am unaware of?

First of all, I received the mail after the next mission I saw her first on the citadel. The great problem with this is, that I also met her in Mass Effect 1 and DLC in ME2. Meanwhile I also met Miranda.

Now it seems as if I would start a new romance with Liara without that old things happened. I can either choose to be her friend or "start" the romance but on the beginning of the game, it seems as the romance was still intact...

This totally pulls me out of the story, I am not knowing what really happens there... Oh hell... Totally frustrating...

This is a confirmed bug by the writer. The import flags making her say it's been years since she last saw you are messed up. No word on whether they will patch it even though it takes away a whole lot from their romance IMO. The writer also said, for some reason I have yet to understand, the friendship dialog is there just to make sure you really want to romance her. I think that's total BS to be honest. If you rekindled the romance in LotSB... then there should be no question about wanting to rekindle it. We didn't need "an all or nothing" type moment. I think it was catered to those people who didn't romance her in either 1 or 2 and wanted to in ME3.Which completely ruins it for those of us who stayed loyal to her.
