Just rporting this bug, annoying more than anything, but anyway, started up my game and it said I needed an EA account, which I already have 'cause I've played 27 hours so far,plus both Dragon Ages and ME2, and when I start playing after it confirms my account, ALL of my counters have reset, Mail Slot, N7 missions, Incindeary specialist, etc. The most annying aspect of it though was it reset my number of kills to zero, and I already had around 1,300. Now I gotta start everything all over again. So hopefully you see this Bioware and can look into it.

Sounds like your copy protected profile system file for ME3 got wiped. Have you played online in MP?
that is the most common place it happens.
The only way to save this file is to have PSN+, the other files can be copied to USB

Happened to me... Second play through! Tried PS+ doesn't work!
