In reference to... Cryo allowing armor to be weakened so that your attacks do more damage to targets when Cryo is applied?

Gotta love those vague descriptions. I'm still waiting for the ability that "increases percentages". I'd definitely take that one.

Thing is, Armor is a specific type of Defense mechanic in Mass Effect. So does it make Damaging Armor bearing foes easier or is it a global damage boost?Laughing.Man.d8D wrote...
