The game is overall excellent as far as I'm cocnerned but I have three big issues about how the games story progressed and also about what was misisng and/or poorly executed, I'll start with the minor issue I have with it though...

1. Characters that didn't make a re-appearance: I am a bit disapointed that a few monor characters from ME1 and ME2 were either only referenced via Email or were not mentioned at all. Charcters like, Kal' Reegar and Shiala were only mentioned through an email and that was a little disapointing, they could have played a much more prominent role. Sha'ira (Asari Consort) isn't even mentioned or referenced once in the game, and well we all know about Emily Wong via twitter.

2. Harbinger - The Forgotten Villain: Harbinger's roll is so small it almsot seems laughable. There was a huge buildup to this massive confrontation with the leader of the Reaper forces and instead, what did we get? Harbinger landing in London to shoot laser's at you, he injures you in this sprint sequence and then he take's off never to be seen or heard from again (Not that he actually speaks in the game anyway). What should have happened is that depending on you're war asset's you could either get hit by the laser or dodge it, after you make it through the device there is a final confrontation on the Citadel with both TIM and Harbinger, instead we got soemthing diffirent (More on that soon).  I see this as a huge missed opurtunity and I hope this can be rectified with DLC in the future.

3. The Ending - Face it, there are only three and they are all the same: This is my biggest complaint which shouldn't be a surprise, 5 years... 5 F***ING YEARS AND THIS IS HOW IT ENDS!!!!???? I'm sorry for the language and the caps, but BIOWARE YOU ARE MUCH MORE F***ING CAPABLE THAN THAT ATROCIOUS ENDING!!!!! Our decisions turn out to be meaningless, Harbinger doesn't get his chance to taunt us, and eitherway Shepard is screwed, the Citadel blows up, the Mass Relay's are destoyed, and you're crew abandons you for some reason and crashlands on an uncharted world. The only true diffirence between the endings is that the explosions are diffirent colors. The ending is somewhat emotional, but it could have been handled so much better than this.
What happened to hope? What happened to our ability to choose our future? I'm not asking for a fairytale ending (Though an ending where everybody including Shepard lives without destroying everything should be an option), but please give us some freaking closure!

Bioware, please give us an alternate ending via DLC in the future, I know it sounds like alot, but I know you can make the ending better and appease everyone by giving us a better ending.

Anyway's, that's about all I see as negative in this game, otherwise it was a masterpiece with only these thing's I have to gripe about, any agreements or disagreements?
