At least there is ONE thing that actually gave me a slightly uplifting mood after beating ME3.

I have never seen anyone make such LITTLE complaints about the rest of the game! There is so far next to NO complaining about anything prior to the final 10 minutes of the game. On the BSN forums? Insane.

Yeah, the other parts of the game are near flawless.

mabye to meny "this is it" statements, the mission where you just walk around killing reaper code with legion, and the fact that armor stops loading in the armor change screen.

other than that, pretty much flawless

The ending is the epitome of "failure." Nothing else matters, not even the autodialogue (which I found irritating at times but not too bad).

Yup, for me it was a flawless and perfect game before the last 5 minutes. In my mind, I kept saying how this is the greatest game I had EVER played (that's saying a lot)

I could complain about the things I've seen so far that have annoyed me.

There *are* some flaws in the rest of the game. ME3 is hardly perfect (though a good game all in all -minus the ending), but...well if someone is smashing your legs with a sledgehammer you probably won't focus on the headache you might also have at the same time.

me3 was good, but weird at first, maybe i jumped directly from me2 to 3, dynamics graphics etc. i was interesting, but by the time, game is good, perfect. if we have a good finale, i can continue to play it, maybe will buy me2 as CE.

This is a start, I just hope they do more than "listen". If they make some end game DLC that fixes the ending, I will forgive them. I will still feel a twinge of anger and unhappiness, but I will embrace them and thank them for listening to their fans. And my trust in BioWare will be restored.

If they dont listen, then I can honestly say without exaggeration that this is the last BioWare game I will ever play. Which is saying something since I never really liked RPG's until BioWare and Mass Effect. Now they are almost all I play.

I saw a couple of continuity errors (the Ardot Yahkshi thing really confused me, thought there were only 3), but overall the game was amazing. If not for the last 5 minutes, I'd call it the best game I ever played. I think that's what made the ending feel like such a kick in the gut.

Because the rest of the game is GOOD. The ending ruined what could easily have made it to the top 10 RPGs of all time list.

The rest of the game was amazing. It had a few glitches like a keeper pushing me down a level on the citadel. I just wish they explained the ending better.

I mean the game was awesome and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Yes, I did not like how it ended but other than that this game is at least 9/10 for me.

No, I was confused because there were apparently way more than 2 in ME3.  There is a whole monestary filled with them.  I am still really confused.  But a small detail really.

Everything else pales in comparison to the epic fail of the ending.

A lot of people seem ot agree that it's a great game except for the last 10 minutes. Now it's not that there aren't things to complain about, there's quite a few bugs for example, but it's just that the ending is so much more important than any of the other issues right now.

It was a great game until the end. Just about perfect, there were a few things that were annoying but they wouldn't have been worth coming onto a forum and complaining about. The endings though, I'm still so depressed about them.

The other flaws , such as auto text or sidelining Me 2 squad mates etc.with this game are like the Geth. When the Reapers show up (These bad endings) teh galaxy (BSN) unites and focuses on the major problem, leaving the other problems for later.

The game minus the end is amazing, not perfect (a few bugs here and there) but still incredible. You're right though if not for those endings they would be a lot more nitpicking going on. Probably a lot more uproar from Talimancers about her face, but they along with everyone else have got far bigger problems unfortunately.

Oh how I wish it were like the good ol' days :(

Aside from the ending, really the only *big* complaint I could offer is that the game was way too short -- felt like it was only about 1/3 of the game it should have been. Even with that, I'm willing to concede that might have been a byproduct of my having taken time off work to play the game all day for 2 days straight.

Minor things was I felt my LI arc was way too abrubt and unsatisfying. However that wouldn't have been game-breaking.

The journal was confusing and difficult to use, and didn't update properly.

The nav point was confusing too as it pointed you to the destination rather than the path...spent a lot of time walking in circles trying to figure out how I was supposed to get where I was going.

The game would have been a 7-8 out of 10 (with the main flaw being the shortness) if not for the ending...as it was, 0/10, to be generous. (and if I were a lover of combat, I'm sure I would have scored pre-ending game even higher.)

The Zaeed level dialogue bugs me the most. I thought they were going to focus on a smaller squad to build deeper relationships, which I don't feel happens when you reduce everyone's dialogue that way.

Also, the Journal was awful.

Otherwise, I generally enjoyed the game. The combat is a little too fast for me, but then again, I don't play many console shooter games.

Would have been my GotY if not for the ending.

It's because the game is wonderful until the end. I've got minor quibbles, I mean I AM a gamer nerd, so I can kvetch about the quest log not being clear, this and that, scanning being silly, not being 100% on board with some of the dialogue "my" Shepard ends up spouting when I pick a choice... But what, that knocks it to a 9/10? Perfection isn't going to happen, and I know that. We all do.

It's just the ending. The rest, even the multiplayer--especially the multiplayer, I was SO worried about it, and it's just insanely fun after all--is just on the whole amazing.

Edit:  Oh man, and the combat.  It's actually almost HARD in places!  I'm having to flex shooter muscles I wasn't expecting to have to use, and it's just great.  So satisfying when I nail it.  I can't say it enough, it's ONLY the ending.  Everything else is "wonderful" to "eh, cool, I can deal" at worst.

No, the rest of the game is damn near perfect. Hell, right up until the Catalyst I was on the edge of my seat.
