To be honest I feel a bit bad about their... timing. According to the wikia they went back to their planet, destroying any tech around it and hoping that the reapers will leave them alone.

Do we hear anything about them or are they just another unanswered question? Most likely.

Poor guys, realise there's other races in the galaxy just to get attacked by reapers. >.>

Yeah, I wondered if we will hear anything about them in the game but there was nothing.. Unfortunately.

I looked at the reasoning for the placement of the edit in the wiki, and the editor said "BioWare copout".

I have no idea why this was put there, but I think this was written in the original leaked storyline in the beginning, and BioWare simply didn't implement it into ME3, or it was cut.

But that's simply speculation, I have just as much idea as you guys.

I heard the story when I was in the spectre store early in the game

They saw a Reaper and where all "BEGAWWWK!!" And flapped away, leaving the many statues in the Citadel caked in their droppings.

Wow, I missed that report when I was on the Citadel.

That and missing Kelly and Matriarch Aethyta. I really am not interested in going through another playthrough because I'm not over the shock of the endings.

They destroyed all space faring proof. So they're still fairly well off, just can't fly anywhere. I doubt the reapers will fall for it.

That system was wiped from the records after the Citadel Council authorized a Black Ops to..."explore" that system's resources for food rations.

It was...well let's say the operation would have made the Reapers proud

They are a new race unveiled by Cerberus Daily News a while ago.  We never saw what they looked like.
