For all the things I didn't appreciate in ME3 (which wasn't that much), I enjoyed all the witty quips and stuff Shepard would say (never thought Shep would be more clever than I). And the interaction between the characters felt normal, and enjoyable for the first time in the series. In the previous games, all social encounters were obviously scripted (and really was, thats how game design works after all). This time around though, it felt more organic and real and that's probably what I liked the most about the way they handled character interaction.
So what was your guys favorite thing Shepard said to another character? or maybe something that didn't even involve Shepard? My favorite moment was, while I Sur'Kesh, rescuing Eve, you come across a Yahg and it busts through and wall and Shep says "there goes the next shadow broker!" and Liara says "not funny!" :3
I found ME3 to be superior to the other games in at least 1 way :3

I too loved the character interaction in ME3.
I really wish we had a Mass Effect game with ME1's story, ME2's mission variety, and ME3's character interaction.
And by ME2's mission variety, I mean there seemed to be more actual sidequests and missions in ME2 than the other games. ME3 had too many scan this planet or buy this in the Spectre requisitions and turn it into someone missions.
