I didn't want to post this here but I'm having an unbelievably hard time finding a way to directly contact EA or Bioware.

This is really something for a Bioware or EA employee to read. Anyway, I've been having a pretty rediculous time trying to get ME3. It started a few weeks ago when I decided to preorder the Collector's edition. I was minutes away from getting it from gamestop online when I thought 'Why don't I just go to the mall tomorrow and see if they have it there so that I can get it the day it's released?' So thats what I do the next day and I find that my gamestop was sold out. I wasn't surprised. So I went right back home and tried to get it online again only to find out that their website was now sold out. Then I checked best buy and amazon. Both were sold out. I didn't want to download it from origin because the internet here at college is horrible and it would probably take a week. (Battlefield took 4 solid days) So at that point I was pretty pissed that I had missed out on the CE. Then I found out that Target still had it for preorder so I immediately ordered it.

So then launch day comes, and I get no order confimation from target. A day or two later, still nothing. They don't respond to my emails, they don't change the estimated arrival date, they don't do anything. I found out from some random forums online that Target is backordered and that it would probably be a while before I ever see shipping confirmation. The other day though, I found out that Gamestop has ME3 CE available online again so I ordered it from there and canceled my target order.

My main reason for posting is that now that I've lost my preoder, is there any way I can still get the preorder items?
