It appears a few bugs are related to quick-saving. Anyone else notice that? I've loaded quick saves while on missions and sometimes trigger's aren't set off.

For instance, after I gathered the last Prothean memory during Ashes, I quick saved as I've been playing on Insanity and do so often. Then I got dropped by a nade. So I loaded my quick save, but none of the triggers hit. No Cerberus dropping in at all. I reload the Autosave, and the triggers are set off correctly battle ensues.
