Okay, first this is granted that there is peace between the Quarians and the Geth.

But if you destroy the geth with all other AI doesn't that mean the Quarians alive will basically never get to live on their homeworld without the suits? I think in 2 Tali said it would take decades, possibly a generation or two before they could. Then in 3 after the peace, she says that Geth are making it so it could happen in maybe a few years so people of her time could live without them. So by screwing all inorganic life we're also screwing the Quarians? Thoughts?

Also I'm guessing VIs wouldn't work or else they would have just used them anyways.

No matter what happens every1 is screwed anyway...

Either stranded on Earth.... Dead... or the Relay explosion(s) would have killed everything ....

(End of Arrival DLC for ME2.... that huge exposion)

Contradictions and a general bad ending.

Not to mention that Rannoch is on the other side of the galaxy.... Decades or hundred of years with FTL speed. Not to mention that most refuel stations are destroyed...

Yep.  The endings basically make so you have a choice of completely messing up all Quarians or just Tali.  The Geth were going to help the Quarians adapt and get the planet back to what it once was.  Yay for peace!  Unless you want Shepard to live, and then that is over.  And regardless of what you choose, Tali is stranded on planet nowhere.  I hope she enjoyed those five minutes she had on Rannoch because she won't ever see it again.

Exactly.  The lore of ME has established that while space travel would still be possible without the relays, it's going to be far too slow and resource intensive to really be worth it.
