I've gotten to the point in the quest where you track him to the apartment, but when I go to the second door, nothing happens. I tried reloading from an earlier save and it did the same thing. I also tried going to a diferent door each time, same thing. Went through this about four times. Eventually it worked and the cutscene triggered and I was able to continue the quest. This happened after I loaded a save that I made right in the apartments in the Presidium. Previously I had been using an older save from about 10 minutes before the bug happened (got tired of doing the embassy part of the quest).
I thought I would let the devs know about this for future patching and what not. this is on 360 by the way.

Same thing happened to me. I got it to work when I switched discs.

Same thing happened. First I thought it was because I got the Kakliosaur Fossil quest (from the Salarian in the apartments) after trying the first door, but I reloaded and tried it a different way and it still bugged out.
