into diffrent armors and weapons, I mean i had the same one handed sword the hole game just diffrent colors and its kinda annoying, my armor has been the same also just in plenty of diffrent colors. A little variety would be kind of nice. The only thing that actually has some change in it is shields.

That's because in the game you're using functional armor and weapons, not some BS fantasy idea of armor and weapons which, in real combat, would get you killed or fall apart in your hands.

come on, even in medieval times they had more than ONE sword i mean come on, they even had diffrent looking armor from each country and this is a fantasy bs game so there should be strange armor i mean even the king has some decked out golden armor

Well, there's the Dalish Weapons, too, which have a pretty sweet design. Beyond that, there's a few unique skins.
