Definately graphical glitches galore! As for the trial, I only had one Shep (Cate) go through Arrival...(Cate had NO intention of turning herself in), I really had no desire to play Arrival again (not a big fan of solo playing in a party playing game....waaaaay to quiet.) But, they had a built in device with Cerberus, so if they had set up some kind of trap for Shepard, then had a trial based on either Arrivals outcome OR Cerberus (or both, for that matter), that would have been a lot more interesting.....and again I stress, NO SIX MONTHS house arrest. Dumb, dumb, dumb!

On a side note:
I think I really need to look into some other games, but I feel very limited. I can't play first person perspective games, and I'm not a huge fan of sandbox games. As for gameplay, I admit, I despise sneaking gameplay....ack! I get fluster and fail all the time! And though I have played plenty of platformer games, I kinda suck at them too.....haha!

games...depends on what you like. I do enjoy Bethesda games like Oblivion and Skyrim. Yep, they are sandbox games, but you aren't really required to do everything. I also like FPS games, like Crysis, FEAR and Dead Space. Bioshock is pretty good too. Some people like Assassins Creed, but too many complicated controls for the pc (IMO), so never played it. Otherwise, I've got a PS2, so its FF7 and stuff like that.

Oh man. Got slammed with depression again. Was doing so well till I saw Aislinn's vid.

...My friend's been a bit wrecked with work, so progress on that awesome pic that I'm submitting to the fanbook isn't going as quick as either she or I would like...

How should I cheer myself up? More twitter trolling? Reading that awesome "Thirty-Six Stratagems" fic? Somebody help!!!

Assassins Creed is a very good game. If you have a PS3 are all the Uncharted games are good. I still have to finish the third one.

Would love to play Uncharted, but refuse to buy another console...I already have a Nintento, Super Nintento, PS1 and PS2...all in working order as well. :)

lol, your posts are so good!

When I post to them, they just tell me that they will let the devs know. -_-
Hopefully these devs actually do something.

God I love ya all!! I had to laugh, and ya know I'm just poking all of you who were kind enough to offer game suggestions (I really mean it, thank you), but unfortunately, most of those games fall into the problems I have with some games/genres. I actually have Assassins Creed, Oblivion, and Uncharted.....couldn't finish any them. The first person perspective for Oblivion (and yes, you CAN go into third person, but if I tried to fight in third person, I got my ass handed to me everytime) literally makes me dizzy (so that also rules out FPS's), and both AC and Uncharted have my least favorite type of gameplay....sneaking! I am AWFUL at it...HA! Seriously, you all would get a kick out of seeing me play those games....it is truly pathetic.....ACK! :)

But again, I thank you all for offering me your suggestions. <hugs>

@Visii - I hear you on the "depressed" bit. I actually just reread 36 Stratagems last night...it did help. I'm about to take ME2 out of the xbox and put in DAO......again. I need some Shale/Zev/Ali banter....they are my favorite for party banter. God I love that Big Ole Boulder (Shale)!! HUGZ !!

...they don't even answer me at all. :(

And also:

Now available for pre-order - @MassEffect Invasion CE! Only 700 were made, and each one is signed and numbered! http://bit.ly/HpQ0mQ

Guess we could imagine where some of those "development costs" were wasted.

If I win the lottery today, I will give them all the money they need to totally re-do ME3 :)

The Mega Millions in the US is $550million - that should cover it!

The jackpot has been moved to $640 million. If any of you win, think of Thane! By Bioware from EA! XD

I have my tickets ready. If I win, I will make my own video game company, buy the rights to Thane from Bioware and then make a game just about him and other Drells and Kolyat. There will be many, many, many private moments with Thane hehe.

Oh if only...

All the women in my office have actually bought tickets to this, I'm a big too cynical to play the lottery myself.

You'd better win Mayra, then us Thane gals could take over Bioware Posted Image best plan ever

@Cosmo - This is exactly why I couldn't continue playing. How is it that the following things seemed to be ignored: the "out of character" auto-dialogue, the story no-no's (IMO) of her incarceration for 6 months (from a story point I have a big problem with the beginning sequence...have since the demo), the change in character arcs, the bugs/glitches, the plot armor for ridiculous characters (KL), the lack of dialogue options, the sidelining of beloved characters (hello ME2 squaddies), the immersion breaking (on occasion) gameplay, the useless journal, the less than fun scan/fetch quests........

I realize that this is my opinion, and I would hope that anyone who payed for a game of a beloved series, could find enjoyment out of it, but for me -- I just can't get past these things.

BTW, @Aislinn - In case you missed it......LOVE your video! Brilliant and beautiful! Thank you for sharing. :)

You forgot the God awful GRAPHICS. I can't even remember when I've seen such ****ty animation and clipping in ONE GAME.

The graphics were a bit ridiculous in places.. only bioware could get away with it in previous games just because they were so good, but this game isn't even up to par with ME2 in the graphics department IMO.

Also, I've only started really appreciating the middle dialogue option now. I'm up to first visiting the citadel in ME2, where Bailey bypasses all the paper work for you in order to not be classified as 'dead' anymore lol, and Shep can say 'hmm I dunno', or 'thanks!' or 'screw that, people can think i'm dead'. And my shep would pick the middle option, but if something like that came up in ME3 you'd only have the two extremes, and it really detracts from the RP experience.. amongst other things.

Don't get me wrong though, there were great moments in ME3, I started of playing thinking it was totally brilliant.. up until I noticed how side-lined the ME2 cast was.. and up until the horrible romance with Thane :(

Look at the comments! There are people protesting about Thane's death and the use of his image after so shamefully killing him off.

HOW CAN THEY DO THIS. MY HEART, IT HURTS.

My second favourite romance is Thane and I'm just so annoyed at how he was treated as an LI. He deserved better than this and you just feel like the romance subplot was discarded into a bin (which it was). And for the drive-by commenters who say "He was SUPPOSED to die , he HAD to, you're all just mad because he died" can I compare that attitude to something else for a moment?

"Why are you all angry about the ending? Shepard HAD to die. Changing that would be wrong for the story. You're all just mad that he died"

Both responses miss the point entirely. If Thane was not romanced, then yes your interactions with him as a friend and how he dies makes sense. That I would not change. But if you romanced him (as others have said already) his entire attitude changes. It is not the same thane most people import into ME3. A romanced thane does not want to die anymore and this should have been reflected in ME3. Furthermore the complete lack of romantic content and emotion on shepard’s part is inexcusable. The fact there is no paramour achievement or acknowledgment that shepard lost a loved one is inexcusable.

The criticism is how his romance was handled , and how the default friendship dialogue and interactions does not work in a universe where you romanced him in ME2 nor does it make any sense. There is nothing wrong with wanting more choice in game where choices were supposed to matter but for some reason people don’t like to apply this to Thane. His illness should not define his entire character, garrus was obsessed with revenge in 1 and 2 yet none would argue that he HAS to want revenge in 3 or else it wouldn’t Garrus otherwise.

What I’m asking for is another possible outcome that’s not available in friend import but in a romance import. A choice to extend his life long enough that players can enjoy a decent amount of romance content, whatever that might be. If most people (who don’t romance him) like that thane died the way he did then he will always die in their imports . What I’m asking for is that if you romance him that should create a different possible outcome , that’s all.

And here too:
Tonya Gillingham It's nice to see that Thane was remembered, too bad my crew didn't remember him after his death. I guess he was right, "It seems there will be no one to mourn me after I die." Too bad my Thane-mancing FemShep couldn't muster up one tear for him either. Lovely job on the emotional impact.    I couldn't help it.
