The VA from the originally broadcast reveal isn't Keythe, yeah. They changed it up before ME2.

Too bad they are probably too thick to pick up on my sarcasm and vileness. Their shoddy treatment of Thane has affected my ability to play any games with some sense of happiness. Can't even play MW on FB, I log in daily to help my family but I have no heart for it. So I will resort to thinking smutty things about Thane, writing, and trying to find inspiration for my Shep dialogue.

@Shara I know, it's completely ridiculous that people thought that fight scene was anything other than awkward and totally unlike Thane (Thane would have taken that shot without hesitation, and he had another chance a little later when he knocked Leng to the ground.. at least Shep could have shot him as well.. stupid plot armour)

Well, we see Shepard and Thane both shoot him from point blank and it doesn't bother him much. Those I recall Shep getting shot once or twice and shrugging it off...

If Shepard can shoot a bottle thrown into the air that Garrus claims he is the only one able to get a shot that hard, how could Shep completely miss Kai Leng as he ran off to hide behind his stupid gun ship? At least make it LOOK like Shep couldn't reach him instead of making Shep and Thane look totally incompetent.

He obviously ate his Wheaties that day.  I can imagine Kai Leng peeing in the Urn of Sacred Ashes too.  I hate that my Shep just stood there.  If she was going to be so heartless to Thane she should have just let him slide off that platform in 2, it would have been less painful for him.  I think I'm going to cry now.

I can actually forgive the fight scene, because Thane is clearly hindered by his illness. Kai Leng's shields are also apparently amazing when it comes to bullets, though not biotics and fists, I guess... While neither of my Shepards who saw that were really ideal to take a tricky shot with a friend in the way (let alone the several dozen you apparently need to de-shield him), it did annoy me that Garrus didn't get to work on taking the boy down. But the fight moves quickly, distracting Thane is clearly a BAD IDEA at that point in time... And in a perfect world, it'd be time to biotic pull Thane out of the way and launch into Kai Leng. Oh well.

I don't think the fight scene was badly done, though I think there's plenty that could have been done better.

Argh sorry Hadeedak, there are so many problems with the fight scene that I growl just looking at it. I could give a frame by frame analysis but who'd want to listen to that? lol

I would, actually. I didn't put my MShep past the Grissom Academy mission, didn't import my FShep, and only watched the bare minimum of that scene.

ME2 Thane/FemShep - Awakening

I'm a little late to the party, but I just wanted to say I loved the video.    I think it really did capture their relationship and the "real Thane".

I like how Bioware posted a giant picture of Thane on their PAX Facebook announcement. They probably just thought it looked 'cool' and won't mention him in their announcements at all.

I may be a bit faithless and bitter. Just a tad.

I'm glad you guys enjoyed the video.  I made it quite some time ago, and felt it was a good example to show to Bioware.  I'm happy to know you guys agree.

Sorry if it evoked more tears and depression, though.
