I was never
interested in Twitter but signed up for an account a couple of days ago
to tweet @masseffect. It's the only tweet I've made, lol. It was
regarding the Thane romance of course, but they didn't respond to it. :(
They responded to the BF's in like 5 minutes though... so that's
something I guess.

Keep at it! If we're quiet, they'll
think what they did was ok! We'll be drowned out by all those people who
didn't romance him, people who thought it was... GREAT that he died b/c
of Keprals and Kai-Leng!

I'm planning on having another go at it! I've signed the petition and made some blog posts as well. I just hope Bioware is seeing some of it. I've looked forward to ME3 for so long and was so let down by the invalidation of his romance. If I must succumb to being a Twitter user to maybe get the ME3 I waited and hoped for then so be it.

They don't reply to mine either.  Don't feel bad.

I was disappointed with no reply but hopefully they at least saw them, yeah?

LOL *hugs Hadeedak* Most of us are on there. Now actually, trolling or rather discussing things.

I posted on the wall. Me and my dog's giant nose have now stuck up for Thane.

I AM AN INTERNET HERO.

Edit: Scrolling through comments... I see a lot of estrogen. Hell yes.

@masseffect Will there be any discussion about new LI content at PAX? Hopefully especially Thane, since he's HE'S ON THE BANNER FOR IT.

No response of course. That would be too easy.

They see them.  I've tweeted at them a few times and always got a reply.  The only time they completely ignore me is when I mention Thane.  :(

They tend to ignore Thane stuff for the most part. I had to complain of a glitch before they responded to me.

I think that last remark of mine might have been a bit too witchy but I am really irritated that they would advertise PAX with a photo of Thane. I would equate that with someone sending me an invite to a great party with a photo of a dead relative on it.

Seen that.  Clever.  :)

I wasn't really expecting a response from these though:

@masseffect My Shepard is really missing Thane. He's one of the few characters I connected with. Silly of me to hope for something positive?

@masseffect So there is no hope to be had after Kepral's Syndrome is diagnosed? :( Living time bomb mode: activated. *sighs*

@JessicaMerizan I liked Mordin's role in the game and his death scene. The endings and how Thane's romance was handled = killing me. :(

They responded the very first time I said anything, and it started off with a compliment. My few other tweets haven't been answered.
I'm growing more bitter as time passes... I use to think that as long as Thane didn't die off-screen, I'd be happy. But I think this might actually be worse. Off-screen deaths allow denial.
Maybe we have more hope going for a Harby romance.

And thanks for the link the the Thane banner; I left them a nice, long message. They can ignore my wall of texts, but I'll box them in with some eventually.

:( I wonder why this is... Maybe they just aren't allowed to say anything at all? I don't want to think of the worst.

I think they really only want to hear the positive stuff. Or actual game problems, but more of the first.

^ Sooo true. Compliments, technicalities, ending hate, or don't bother tweeting.

@Yermogi

I don't trust Bioware anymore really. They're freaking me out by releasing these DA3 trailers so early. But I still have hope above hope that they aren't allowed to comment to avoid some sort of leak/hints or something. There's a million ways they could take a DLC. They better pick one and make it awesome or I'm gone.

Uhm, sorry to get off the topic of Thane, but they released a DA3 trailer ALREADY?!

Totally not interested, not really. Alright, for DA:O's sake, I'd give it a look over, but because of DA2 it's definitely not a preorder or insta-buy. Will wait for the damn reviews from gamers, not critics.

They are avoiding us like the plague. I'm going with they just don't know what to say? They seemed pretty keen on defending the endings though, why aren't they defending what happened with Thane?

I love that the PAX East Facebook post has so many comments about Thane-we shall take over anything Bioware flaunts with Thane's picture! I love reading everyone's comments :D

That is rather confusing. Of course I'd put him on all the banners because he is an absolutely amazing character! But he has such a small role in the game (and can pretty much be skipped over completely if you don't visit him before the Leng encounter, which is just an absolute shame... offscreen death for the lose) that it seems like weird/false advertising to use him on promotional material. But more Thane face in the world is never a bad thing and perhaps the bit of ruckus it caused will get them thinking that maybe we want MOAR THANE IN ME3!
