If you can safely touch a snake, I'd highly recommend it because they feel different than you'd expect. In my mind, that's precisely the way a Drell would feel.

@Coldi...that is a bit more comforting than the whole skin concept. Really, I instantly thought of the Basilisk from Harry Potter and kinda freaked out.

Hahaha, well I did read a fanfiction about Thane shedding his skin once. That was a bit... interesting.
Anyway, these things... I think about them.

Oh my goodness, you guys are missing out! Snake's feel quite amazing! And yes, mnomaha, they do feel very smooth, like oddly textured silk and thin plastic blended together. In the larger snakes you can feel their musculature twisting and tensing beneath their skin, they feel so powerful. Some feel rougher than others but Burmese pythons feel the most extraordinary to me. And they're always quite cool to the touch.

I know you are quite serious here, but well, wow. I think I need a smoke after that.

Sydzilla is quite right. Reptiles are fascinating. Hmmm, maybe another reason I like Thane?
LOL that could very well be. I have to admit, I much prefer the snake analogies over the fish ones that my family insists on using.

On another note: People ****** me off. This was on the Thane wall thread (facebook)
"Woooow, I find it hard to believe there's so much hate about Thane in ME3. I think his story was brilliantly done and brilliantly ended, and anyone who thinks they should have been able to save him is delusional. I didn't romance him in 2, so I don't know how that plays out, but ya know what? I made a conscious decision not to romance someone who was terminally ill. Yeah, I didn't want to have them die and feel like poop after."

LOL to al. Yeah, I'm not a snake person, or really a nasty critter person, hence the appeal of New Zealand. No snakes.

I hate it when people make remarks without knowing what the heck they're talking about, and then admit that they don't know what the heck they're talking about. <_<

And whoever posted that drivel above is awfully presumptuous to think that he/she knows better concerning a subject they admittedly didn't experience first hand. They should have started and then stopped that post with "I didn't romance him in 2, so I don't know how that plays out" because that is the only bit that I can agree with.
