Hopefully Bioware won't be utterly heartless enough to introduce another character when there is so much rage about ME2 characters being shafted.. But they might just not care and cater further to the 'new players'..

I know Dr. Chakwas said that Cerberus didn't have the same 'enthusiasm', but I found the Cerberus SR2 felt far more like home than the normandy did in ME3.. maybe because half the people who should be on it weren't there.

That is how I felt, it always felt like something was missing and well, there were people on the ship that I did not want there.  So unwelcoming.  Joker, AI EDI (could have done without the body part), Chakwas, Ken, Gabby, Javik, and Garrus were the only ones who I wanted on the ship...the rest I just wanted gone from my ship.   Don't need an assistant I'm capable of checking my messages without being told and EDI can do that just as easily.  I wanted to off Traynor in the same obssessive way I wanted to get rid of Kelly.  To this day everytime I play ME2 and Kelly says something about messages, I say out loud, "Yeah, go f**k yourself."

I felt that way about Traynor at first but after how much more useful she turned out to be, I could deal with it. I just wanted everyone from ME2 back on that ship.. I can understand if they weren't on the ship for the full game (seeing as most of them had some pretty cool roles, like Jack with her biotic students) but even just for a little bit.. like a mission or two :crying:

*de-lurks*  Addin gmy support to a Better Thane Romance!!!  And just thought I'd drop this off - great little ficlet if anyone's having a hankering for some Thane.  http://www.fanfictio...9381/1/Slipping

Also, I'd just like to say I'm glad I'm not the only one who constantly goes into life support and wishes Thane could be there.  I hated Life support so much in ME3.  So Empty. So very very empty.

Thank you for the support and the ficrec, mllrthyme!

Life support... I wish there was a way to convince Thane to return to the Normandy. If romanced, he should have the option to move into Shepard's cabin. The Normandy has a med-bay for his medical needs. I would kick out Allers to make room for Kolyat, too.

I just want my drell back. D:

LOL...I'd tell Kolyat to pick any room he wanted and if it was occupied (doesn't matter by whom), I'd throw them out.  Even if he wanted Shep's cabin, I'd move her into another room.

Laughter through tears.....so glorious.  Thank you @utaker....my husband always starts giggling whenever I have to pass by Kelly in ME2....."Don't do it, Red.....don't you f***'ing do it!.  Say one word, and your eating that terminal for lunch!!! Holy Mother of Mayhem!..."Image IPB

Held the drell!
Not that you can actually stop holding him right?

@mnomaha Yeah, I did, really posting in a thread about what squadmates you miss the most, just to do what exactly?

Waste your time? In that case I suppose he got what he wanted.

@mnomaha Yes, I read that poem. I found it disgusting. All I can say is karma is one mean motherf**ker.

@cold I'll have it for dinner and dessert please.

@Emerald Poor Thane, I haven't let go yet.

We never stop holding him.

Also, that "Slipping" fic is very nice. I love it! So much better than what we were given in-game. But then again, EVERYTHING IS!

Hmm. If Kolyat takes the cabin... <imagines Thane and Shepard moving into Life Support and being forced to share the tiny cot> :o

Me Gusta.

Oh dear and if that noise she makes in the hospital is any indication of what she'd do to him, I don't see the cot lasting very long.

I read that so called poem. It was probably the stupiest thing I have ever read.
I don't think anyone responded to him.

I swear, not ONCE have I come into this thread when there has NOT been a conversation about Thane in some sort of sexual innuendo. Not that I mind.

But it makes me sad because it reminds me of just how unglamerous BioWare treated him and the fact that all they do when they talk about him is say "Oops. Oh, well." :(
