Raphael Sbarge seems to be more open about what he's doing than Keythe, I'd be very surprised if Keythe would let on if he was recording more lines.
Ideal scenario - he's recording dialogues with Thane for when he's cured and back on the Normandy ... in my dreams.

Oooo. I have SO much to say about this, but I have a larger all-encompassing rant I'd like to post with the Thane issue included.

I will say, however, that I'm beginning to see that this is just a symptom of a much larger problem. The entire story is geared toward one plot line. And if you don't follow that explicitly, then everything becomes nonsensical and convoluted.

Sadly, it appears that the ladies got the mega diss. Less romance options, smallest (or rather) no expansion or elucidation of said romance (or any relationship for that matter). Real super fantastic that Bioware/EA decided to regress and make this a malecentric game. As I said in another thread, my faith in the gaming world has been decimated.

Yes it is, the game seems to be very forceful in pushing people into romancing Liara, or the VS. It really does, and it throws Female players under the bus.

I don't want to sound like a brokern record and all whiny about it, but the reason Samara was the only chick I was interested in was because She's strong, tough, can stand alone and fight againts overwhelming odds likely better than any other squad mate in the whole series, She's got a bit of the broken person in there with the guilt thing too. On top of that her personality is great (I think),  and she could totally kick the living crap out of Shepard, she's more than an equal to Shep,

oh yeah and the fact she turned my Shep down when she did, so soon after  killing Morinth, and before the suicide run, it felt like she wasn't interested in just a booty call, she seemed only interested in something more serious and perminate. She told Shep many times the Code does not forbid romantic relationships.

the other females out there were all no goes for these reasons
1.Liara, she's Liara the pet
2.Miranda total stuck up b!tch, (she did have a nice @ss but that's it)
3.Tali, totally anoyed me
4.Jack, she was an angery p!ssed of person, who needed a freind more than a boyfriend,
5.Kelly a flirt and that's about it, lacked depth to her character
6.Ashley, um yeah she was Ashley and VS, ME3 seemed to try and force me into a relationship with her or Liara. It destoryed it for me.

Heh the irony of this all is when Samara was revealed I didn't like her just on how she looked, her boobs looked like fake implants (not a fan of fake boobs at all), she was the new Asari squad mate, and I wanted my old squad mate, (rejecting change). Heh just based off of her look I didn't like her, same with Jack.

I remember making the same mistake and saying I'd hate Vega then It hit me my track record with that sort of thing, I said I'd hate most my favorite characters.

Which now brings me back to Thane, because I liked him from the moment he was revealed, I mean how can one not like that bad@ss revele trailing he had? He was the first ME2 squad mate to be revealed and it was totally bad@ss, I liked him instantly, it's hard to imagine this is the same people working BW, when they threw him under the bus like they did in ME3. There was a time when Thane had just as many fans and people who liked him as Garrus, both dudes and chicks.

Back when ME3 came out I remeber there was a poll here about voting for you favorite squad mate in the entire series, I remeber voting for Samara who had 4 votes, and Thane was at the bottom of the votes with 1 only. The results stayed that way for all of March with Thane only having 1 and Samara got another someplace with 5. But it showed just how far BW threw Thane and his fans under the bus.

Sbarge is probably the only VA who is in touch with his fanbase, that's why we got this info ( Twitter). Probably others VAs from ME3 are there too...who knows...Im just little frustrated, that still I can find nothing about Thane..Devs never writhe in any Thane's thread, his VA is silent, there's no rumours in internet....slowly I give up...I havn't fun from ME anymore..Fortunetly the new edition of Baldur's Gate serie and Diablo 3 is coming soon.....

I have noticed how very  eccessible Sbarge is to his fanbase so I know they get a lot of information from him.
I really don't know what to think at this point .

There were tons of reasons why Thane was chosen by my FemShep's and contrary to popular belief it is not because the one playing Shepard (me) was drooling and wondering, "how does he get into those pants...hmmm..is there room for two?" He could stand on his own, he didn't need Shep holding his hand and fluffing his ego. Ugh, last thing I want to deal with is a child in a man's body. Immaturity is ok but not in the kind where I have to hold your hand constantly. He didn't want you to feel sorry for him, he took responsibility for what actions he felt were his fault and his personal faults. Like I said before, he knew love and he knew what it was like to lose it. Good, my Sheps don't like to be dicked around. Last thing she wants to hear is how much you care about her only to find out she was just a bed warmer. So, she knew when he said he cared, he meant it.  

Kaidan and Jacob just felt too similar and truth be told, if they were choices IRL, I'd avoid them like the plague. That is why I cannot romance them because they just grate on my nerves. I tried but I knew come ME2 even before Thane, that Kaidan's time was over and it would not be happening again. I used Kaidan for an achievement and it's not a path I will walk again. Tis why my ME3 Paramour Achievement is still undone. Too bad ME3 got it backwards. Kaidan = Booty Call. Thane = Love. They twisted my intentions.

Garrus, now I love Garrus...as a brother. It was something I felt during ME1 so going into ME2 I knew that I could not romance him, it felt wrong. Again, I listened to the dialogues and heck Malificent flirted with him but even with her, I felt so wrong and dirty. Then I felt like crap when I realized Thane knew about the flirting going on there. Yeah, I NEVER did it again. Although I like his flexibility convo, it makes me chuckle and I will keep going until I hear it but I won't go with the blowing off steam together option.

And now Liara but it will also cover women. My Shep does NOT dig chicks or peeps with boobs. Sorry, she prefers men and with the proper equipment. I know they say Asari are not really men or women..they have boobs...NO! I prefer body protrusions below the waist...tyvm. So, let's say that my FemShep did consider Liara, it was quickly extinguished the moment she started fawning all over my Shep within moments of meeting her. I know my Sheps ogle at Thane but not once does my Shep say to him right after meeting him, "I want to jump yer bones, I love you, I really, really like you." Nor does she give the automatic vibes that she's thinking that. He probably would have bolted and I would not have blamed him. She was just too clingy for my tastes. I will concede to some and say, "Ok, she's inexperienced, not use to dealing with humans, and probably was just rambling." Fine, I saw my Shep kinda fumble around and look like a teenager falling in love for the first time when she told Thane she felt something for him too. But she did not do it within moments of meeting him. Plus, it felt like she was being foisted on me. She may be someone else's favorite, she was not mine. Had I wanted her, I could have done that two games ago. Stop trying to force your puppet on me.

Give Shepard her Thane back, give her back her love, her heart, her soul.

It's hard to walk into many of the other threads, they all have some happy content with their LI, and it's all happy, I walk in there and I get sad. Here ya all are in a pickle and oddly enough we're all rather upbeat and trucking along best we can.

Already filled it out! I agree that 140 characters is NOT NEARLY ENOUGH. I did finally come up with my line for Squeegee's poster project too. So much Thane love, it's fantastic!
And I'm thinking of tweeting to BW about wildannie's FemShep Memorial Wall - I want to know if they got it!!

Yes I did read your reasons.  It's sad that Samara can't be continued.  I would have gladly waited another 6 months, a year, two years if they came out and said, "Hey, I know we promised this game would be out in March and I know we've already pushed back the date once but we just cannot get everything we promised our fans into this game in such a short time.  When we started Mass Effect, we promised you something different, a character you could forge in your own image, import them from one game to the next with all your decisions making an impact.  What we did not realize was how many variables would exist and how much harder this was going to be to implement once we hit the final game in Shepard's story.  We apologize for the delay but we want to continue with the vision we started with and give you a game and a series you will be playing for years to come. Please be patient with us and thank you for your continued support."  

I would have been disappointed in waiting but I would have respected that and then embraced them for remembering their promises to their fans.  Instead what I got is a game that just makes me sick.  I think it comes from expectation.  How can the people who gave us ME1 and ME2 turn around and hand us ME3?  I wonder sometimes if there was indoctrination going on...but not to Shepard but to the BW team by EA.  "You will not resist BW, you will get this game out in March.  You do not yet comprehend your place in things, BW."

Sovereign to ME fans:  There is a realm of bullsh*t so far beyond your own you cannot even imagine it. I am beyond your comprehension. I am Mass Effect 3.

Just thought I'd let you guys know they are already doing VO for the Extended Cut, as Sbarge mentioned he's back recording on his twitter.

Is anyone else concerned they will try to band-aid the Thane situation by giving us something in this add-on? I honestly hope not, as it would be like throwing gasoline on a fire.  It's already terrible enough...

I'm hoping they just leave it alone for now and dedicate some real time to Thane later on.

For the  survey  I just  wrote: You did a good job on mass effect EXCEPT for not being able to fully romance  and save Thane Krios, the out of  blue ending and the multiplayer  bugs.
Annoying  to be limited  with 140 words when your heart is pourring   pain, frustration,  dispair and also hurted love...
