@Coldi - true, there were those choices. DA2 didn't have as many though, so perhaps he's working on a more linear story as well....

That is disappointing that FB removes YOUR actions related to those pages......I don't like that for other reasons as well. FB is not exactly my favorite medium (for a number of reasons), but I didn't think their software would work like that.....eh, what do I know.
As for the linear story line......you are not wrong Cosmo; DA2 was much more linear. The only reason I don't have as "much" of a problem with it in DA (which doesn't mean I prefer it this way....not in the least), is that it is a new storyline and protagonist for every game. Yes we import, but that is mostly for a bit of crossover, dialogue bits and the occasional side quest. Again, that doesn't mean I prefer a linear storyline, just more accepting of it in the DA verse.
Hell, maybe even "linear" storyline isn't even the right way for me to dissect this. I mean, the main story line in all of these games is "kinda" linear. Yes in DAO you could choose to have elves or werewolves fight for you, dwarves or Golems, Mages or Templars; but in the end, it's just an army to fight the darkspawn. The main object stays the same in all these games; kill/stop the "big bad". It is the side stories, and characters (their own storylines, their interactions with your PC, ect...) that lend the most to choices and branching story paths. But that is just it; it's my biggest beef with what happened to Thane in me3. It is things like relationships with NPC's, that should have been kept from being railroaded. I think we all expected that some aspects of the main plot was going to be limiting (choice wise), but to railroad our interactions with our LI's, squadmates, known NPC's.....that is where we help define (and RP) our Shepards, probably more so than in the main plot line. It is also what REALLY adds to the replayability of the game. Take that away, and I have no reason to replay (and with this game, had no reason to even finish). Keep the choices! (or in the case of me3; bring them back!)

I've been busy the past few hours watching the Undertaker and drooling. I love Netflix.
And Shell...you said, "I would love to see it bigger myself." A little rubbing and tongue action could fix that. (oink oink)
Where is Gears and his stickiness? I miss him.

I can only assume that PWks either doesn't know the extent of it, but if that is the case he should probably keep his opinion to himself as its unhelpful and misleading... or maybe that's the intention.

I don't think Patrick Weeks knows what he's talking about when it comes to Thane. He already said he didn't know anything about the character so how would he know one way or the other if it was forshadowed.

They are either high or drunk if they say it wasn't heavily forshadowed. All those clues they gave us. Was that just for fun.

It seems to me that they feel great satisfaction in evoking an emotional response which is fine to a point but in ME3 they overstepped the mark bigstyle, I don't think its acceptable to make people feel as bad as they did, it was a complete violation of my mind.

The gif creator link just links to their webpage. I was hoping there was a direct link to what you've created using it? Or is that incorrect? Thanks
