There's another thread that predates this one, focused specifically on Shepard's "romance" with Jacob. And then there's a thread that talks specifically about all the ME2 LI's that got screwed by the writers.

You know what I was thinking? Earlier on the Cerberus network it said that the hanar had discovered a cure for lung diseases that would be applicable to other races in six months or so. At that time we weren't even sure if Thane would survive that long. But he did..does this possibly hint towards a dlc? Or was Bioware just being evil?

I won't get my hopes up until I see it. I don't trust Bioware.
It would be great if it happened though.

Ya know...I read a wonderful fic where Thane came back to life to track down the Shadow Broker. It was definately before the dlc came out. Funny though because even back then, this fic said it was a female.

Just added my .02 to the Cure Thane thread, and an ME2 is better than ME3 thread. So, I don't draw, wish I could, but I have all the PDS shorts written down. I would be more than happy to submit them to the FanBook if no one objects.

I can't draw either, but I have had a few commissions done for me.
You should ask the artist to use those, or ask them if they wanted to draw some new art if they have time.
There is a lot of good Thane art and fanfic out there.

I'd say yes, any piece of art wether it's painted (digitally or traditionally) or written (fanfics, poems) or even screencapped is welcome in my book.

But I was nice about it...

I too held my tongue.  The VS had loads of screen time in 1 & 3.  Not to mention both weren't great characters to begin with (IMO).  I do have a Kaidan romance playthrough, but he's no Thane. 

I also come bearing a poll!!!    The creator asked me to post it on the Take Back the Love thread, which I'm off to do!

Yeah I also refrained from posting in that thread, however I have to hand it to the OP for not going "OMG only VS survivor is good there is no problem with the ME2 romances" and aknowledge that ME2 L.I.s got sidelined also voted in your poll Cosmochyck.

But I was nice about it...

I haven't even looked, I may not follow many rules but there is one that my Mom gave to me that I try my hardest to follow, "If you don't have anything nice to say best not say anything at all."  Right now, I know me better than anyone else, I'm still so disgusted by what they did to Thane that I am incapable of being nice to characters who got better treatment.
