oh, lucy maire, i misunderstood you. i remember now you mentioned your dream. (btw, it's kind of like when you have one of those wonderful happy dreams and you wake up and feel so bummed to realize it wasn't real. i've had a thane dream like that. *sigh*)

anyway, i don't know whether to keep tweeting them or not. i mean, they know we are here, don't they? they don't really want to acknowledge us, i guess, and i don't want them to feel justified in blowing us off. "they are just some really PASSIONATE (sarcasm ala dr. muzyka) fans, nothing to pay any mind to." i think maybe strength in numbers is what we need. i hope all the me2 romancers are tweeting about it, that might help more than anything.

Haha I hated that he said that, it was just so utterly condescending. I think we should keep tweeting them. I mean, they can't ignore us forever, can they? I agree, strength in numbers is good. We need more people...at least we have persistence.
Other ME2 romancers must be tweeting about it. Thane fans aren't the only crazy ones, are we? On the other hand, that would explain a lot.

Awwww, I wish I would have named it ME3 Needs More Thane! D: I just went with my username. We could, as a group, get together and share the PW and such. I don't mean to suffocate them, but they were super speedy and nice. I was extra polite too.


@MassEffect Love the series and happy with ME3, but ME2 is still my favorite. Any idea of how to request more Thane Krios? :DD

okay, updated author page. tweeted twice nicely, asking for more love for me2 characters, and our favorite drell in particular. also tweeted that many me fans started with me2 and have a connection with me2 characters.

So the Twitter page said something about going to the Facebook to message feedback, and I saw a T-shirt design contest. Now, I wasn't expecting Thane to even be there. But he was actually on a shirt.

I'd have no problem helping with an ME3 Thane twitter acct! And great idea about fanfic! Others on here must have pages...and tumblr people!! I don't have one but I could get one that is Thane specific and then share the info so I'm not solely responsible! (Just can't commit the time). Thoughts?

All anyone needs to do is hit me up and ask me, I'm no artist but I have plenty of time (husband works, I stay home).  Just point me in the right direction.  For Thane, I'd run through Hell in a gasoline g-string.

I got a response on a tweet regarding Thane DLC - "we will let the team know, thanks"
I think they are just placating everyone. Although I figured if I started with something I liked about ME3 then perhaps I'd get something...

@utaker - let me know if you need help! I'll check out tumblr tomorrow, but I'll need a name suggestion!

I want to keep Tweeting, to keep them aware of how very serious I am, but at the same time I think once they see the username + Thane again they just go, "Same guy. Ignore or say something short and sweet like 'Thanks for the feedback.'" They're timely, and I want to keep up the pressure, but I don't want to annoy them. Just wish there was someone who'd be willing to have a whole conversation/discussion about it so that I'd feel more comfortable reaching out.

that's why i would like to get more people on board, and why it would help if all the me2 romancers would join in.  the tricky part is that some people still haven't played or finished and get very pissy if you spoil it for them, so it is hard for me to just put out a public call for support.

i told niemalna i would post mine if she would post hers.  i also hope it is not against tos or something, especially as mine is rated m.  just to be safe, instead of linking i will say that you can search fanfiction.net for author name braxy29 to find mine, or look at "The Krios Network" community for lots of thanely goodness.

most of what i have listed in favorite stories over there are thane fics, so definitely check them out!  a few are super-m, a few are romantic, and as i mentioned earlier today, there is an excellent me3 spec!fic that is how i wish me3 had gone!)  there are really some amazing authors in the fanfic world.

I think you hit the nail on the head. They're probably scared off by our ... intensity. lol They seem reluctant to address the ending complaints directly as well because they know if they engage fans there will be a deluge of questions, complaints and input directed at them. Something similar happened to Patrick Weekes and he stopped answering questions. It's easier for them to stay silent, I suppose.

We just have to hope they're listening and taking our feedback into consideration.

Somebody post the Twitter link? Why can't I win the lottery and be here all day? I need to win really big, do a hostile takeover, fire the writing/development staff, and hire staff that actually listen to what the fans want and are willing to pay for.

Is that too much to ask for?
