Haha well I'm personally very thankful for your inability to stop typing. PDS has helped me survive through this.
Vote on ma poll please! http://social.biowar...93/polls/30541/

I, completely agree with you in regards to them just completely forgetting him. It was so jarring to get back from the citadel and not have a single person mention Thane, or even have Shepard mention it for that matter. We just get his name on wall, oh and Kai Lang... stabbing him was somewhat satisfying >

I feel bad for you guys, but Thane told you he was dying from the start so you knew what you were getting into, and I doubted Bioware would be kind enough to give his story a happy ending. Who I really feel sorry for though are the Jacob romancers, I mean that was just cruel...

There's a lot of Jack posters now that are just saying "More Jack!" in the BioWare thread. I feel like it's giving the rest of us ME2 romancers a bad name that they aren't even putting up good reasons for why they want her.

To be fair, while all the ME2 LI's were neglected, even Jack and Miranda who arguably got the "best" treatment in ME3, still had a shamefull lack of dialogue, interaction and screen time.
Just post a link to the Take Back the Love thread, where they discuss all the ME2 Li's, that there's strength in numbers.

I was so looking forward to my Thane-romancing Shepard, but after hearing that his romance got the shaft both contentwise and gameplay-wise (not even eligible for the achievement!), I've decided to put her playthrough on hold until I know for sure whether it will be fixed or not. I'm so not wasting one of my favourite Shepards ever on a (imo) faulty playthrough. I built so much of her personality on her feelings of betrayal (from Kaidan) and her awakening to love again together with Thane, who was going through a similar experience.
I'm not looking to cure Thane or anything, just a more satisfying conclusion to a beautifully tragic but poignant relationship. How did this happen? Wasn't there anyone on Bioware who appriciated Thane as a character?![]()

It felt like a LOT of things were rushed with the story and characters. It's the only reason I can think of that they had so many cut scenes with NO dialogue choice. Less story-telling.
Of course for me most of the Thane content was totally out of character for both Thane and my Shep. And the prayer was lovely, but there should have been specific content for romanced Shep.
Oh to repeat oneself day after day after day after day after....
