OMG!!! Both of you, I can't stop laughing. I've got PDS and Thane running by while those songs are playing in my head now. The combo of the two visuals.

Ok, had to edit this when I saw the loin cloth comment.  I fell to my knees and started laughing uncontrollably.  Mind you I had a mental imagine of Thane in a loin cloth swinging from a vine.  I'll take the ground view please.

I've been going through a whole bunch of old forum posts, so sad to see how right we were, months and months ago, how we were so scared that Thane would die and no one would talk about it after the fact...

Sorry Mayra, I know you're a Kaiden fan I'm just being a bitter jerk the first time I watched the scene where Shep oogles Kaiden's ass on youtube I was caught off guard, totally didn't expect that!

I remember those posts, read them all before I got out of lurker status.  That was the biggest fear and what do you know out of all the things mentioned, BW takes the ONE thing we feared the most and does it.

I don't think Bioware listened to anything we said we did want.
Maybe that fight with Kai Leng.

Oh and to another topic, It was only just recent that I learned about the cure for Thane protests' and posts they had. Back when I played ME2 (by all the in-game hints) I just assumed that he would survive ME3. 
So in ME3 I was so surprised by his treatment, it really hit me hard when he died and it was even worse when I learned that you couldn't save him...

I thought it was funny too. But I can't get over that rape face he has in the final romance scene. That sh*t will haunt me till the day that I die.
