It sucks that Harbinger appears and then says NOTHING. He just blasts you. There was so much anticipation for a boss fight against him and then he disappears. Then biotic TIM is a cutscene boss. I don't get to kill either main antagonist in a straight up fight. To me that's worse than the Normandy crashing.

I was really hoping for one final, all-out boss fight from hell, preferably resulting in Shepard (and possibley one or more teammates) giving his/their life/lives to defeat it, and then an epilogue showing what happened. Ideally, things could range from extinction to scraping by (Anderson and the team standing in the ruins of London, looking at a burning Harbinger, while other reapers in the distance and in orbit are blowing up?), followed by some closure showing what happened to various major characters.

Sure would have beaten "How would you like to fail: blue, red, or green?".

Agree. And not some stupid 3 banshees,6 brutes, crap load of other enemies.

I sort of miss the Cybernetic Saren confrontation. Now that was badass.

I wish they did something similar with TIM and Harbinger. You know, after TIM shoots himself, have an "Assuming Direct Control of This Form" moment.
