all my DLC is missing from the web site

when I log in to the site and look at my registered games, ME2 is no longer there. Also none of the DLC i purchased show up either. When I  try to play ME2, it says you are not auth to use   ..... and gives me a list of all my DLC.

I called EA and they said there was nothing they could do.
thoughts?

This was the conversation I had with EA support trying to get the missing DLC added back to my account.

Customer Support: May I know for which DLC's are you talking about ?
you: yes, the dlc for ME2 all of them, but for example "shadowbroker"

Customer Support: Which platform (Xbox 360, PC, PS3) are you playing the game on?
you: pc
Customer Support: Okay
Customer Support: Have you register your game on the origin
Customer Support: '?
you: i did when I got it
you: i think you have to in order to download the dlc
Customer Support: Please login into the origin and see your DLC's theer

you: no its not there

you: ok, so what am i supposed to do?
Customer Support: Fred, you need to purchase them if they are available in the store noe.

Customer Support: I am sorry Fred , They are not available to us, I added the all the DLC's we have for Mass Effect2

you: i bought the dlc in 2010.

Customer Support: Fred, we don't have any Information about this that when they would be available to us.
you: ok, so just to be clear. you, EA, does not have access to the DLC for its own game. My account is broken and even though I have already purchased the DLC before the only way I can get it is to buy it again.

you: well, thanks, but telling someone the only think they can do is purchase something they have already paid for is going to upset people
you: and you are unable to direct me to someone who can help.... which is upsetting as well.
