Basically I pre-ordered/purchased the game off of Origin and many of the in-game items are completely missing. The N7 Defender Armor, M55- Argus, N7 Valkyrie, N7 Crusader Shotgun, Chakram launcher and my AT-12 Raider shotgun all never appeared. While the other items such as KEI-9, robotic dog, N7 hoody, and Reckoner Knight armor did. Is there some sort of extra code I need or something because I thought all of this would have unlocked at more or less the same time.
