So i pre-ordered the digital download of the N7 collectors edition from origin and Im having major problems with all of the extras it comes with. I have the same problem as many others where the collectors edition materials are nowhere to be found on my bioware profile and is instead replaced with another soundtrack.. but also when I try to install from ashes it starts fine but after a while the download slows and the download speed slows down to zero. Does anyone have any advice on how I can fix this? At this point im starting to think I'll never buy from origin again!

p.s. forgot to mention also if i try to pause and resume install for from ashes it restarts the whole download.

I have exactly the same problem. I have tried downloading From Ashes over and over again, but it never finishes...I hope there is a fix for this..

I have the same problem with the N7 goods, the wierd thing is that I have the valient, eagle, rockoners armor, N7 hoody, the robot dog and Ashes works fine but the N7 valkyrie, crusader, at-12 raider, defender armor, and chakram launchers aren't showing up at all.

The N7 Valkyrie, AT-12 Raider, M55-Argus and Defender armor are accessable when you recieve your codes in the e-mail you registered with Origin.

Once you get those code, redeem them in Origin and it will download and install them.

I got my codes about 3 hours after launch so check your e-mail.

Ok tried downloading from ashes again and it came up with "An unspecified download error has occurred. please cancel and restart your download. Error 7049:403
anyone know what that means?

I think it means exactly what it says, the download encounter an error, as to what caused it? Could be anything, my guess. The servers are under stress. I had that error and when I restarted the download it worked the second time. So keep trying, maybe try during an off peak time like late evening or early morning. Depending on your location of course.

For my From Ashes download, I had to click on the I button for ME3, highlight "From Ashes", and click "Repair Install".

Ok why do people keep saying to click repair install I would if i could but only finished downloads even have the option available. My only options that it gives me are download now, pause, or stop.

I have the same issue when downloading From Ashes: "an unspecified error has occured please cancel and restart your download. Error: 7049:403"
Would be greatful if anyone could find a solution.
