I was going throught the citadel mission and noticed that the talon was locked in a room after you talk to Bailey. Is it possible to get or is it just a tease? If you can get it, how?
how do I get the Talon?

when you go to the terminal to unlock the door it also unlocks that door.

There's a Door Control button before the elevator door but after that locked door. You jump through a window for it, or so.

^You mean the Raptor sniper. Nemesis uses that.
