Following Cerberus' attack on the Citadel, Kelly Chambers is confirmed dead. Why isn't her name added to the list?

Kelly Chambers isn't Alliance Military. She's Cerberus.

Thane , Mordins are not alliance military , they forget to put Kelly there.

Don't recall Mordin or Thane joining Alliance -- the former was back with SLG, and the latter was pointedly in hiding.

Neither are Thane, Mordin, or Legion, but their names are there too.

I really don't know why, OP. Maybe it's because of the unclear nature of her death. It's not really confirmed for Shepard, so it doesn't get put up.

Maybe its because everyone on the wall died in service.

Jenkins died in a mission
Williams/Alenko gave their life on Virmire
Pressley and the others died in the collector attack
Thane died saving the Salarien Councilor
Mordin died to end the genophage
Legion died to break the Reaper's hold on the Geth


Kelly died as a civilian.

Also, I don't know if this is going to change anything, but what happens if your squad ended up getting liquified in the Collector base in 2? Do they end up on there?

Kelly died trying to support civilians. I really don't see how that's not worthy.

If you visit her before the cerberus attack and convince her to change her identity, cerberus doesn't recognize her and she's just captured with the rest of the citadel civilians. She lives.

Otherwise, they recognize her name and kill her on sight.

You have to convince her to change her identity. If not, when Cerberus approches her and asks for her name, she tells them and they gun her down.

Honestly it's probably just a programming oversight. I noticed it too. She's probably supposed to be on the wall. No reason for her not to be.
