I'm curious to see it. Hell, it might even be more entertaining

I don't think it exists.

TIM can kill you for a critical mission failure though.

The reapers can't win. But you still lose in every ending.

According to some theories, Reapers win is the control ending.

There is no such ending. The closest thing is going in with low resources, and Earth gets completely devastated. But even with that ending, the Reapers still get destroyed/controlled/mixed with humans using space magic.

Dammit. They outright lied to us. They said we Could have an ending where we fail to stop the reapers. This is garbage.

The lied about a lot of things. They later said that shepard dying was the reapers winning though.

I've heard there's a gameover if you take to long choosing which color you want your light to be. I haven't done it myself, but I was told that the screen says the Crucible was destroyed. No real 'ending' though. Not as far as I know.

There's no way to have a complete defeat by the reapers. No matter what you do you get a pyrrhic victory.

Let's remember some quotes the devs gave:

"If you just rip straight down the critical path
and try and finish the game as soon as you can, and do very little
optional or side stuff, then you can finish the game. You can have some
kind of ending and victory, but it'll be a lot more brutal and minimal
relative to if you do a lot of stuff. If you really
build a lot of stuff and bring people to your side and rally the entire
galaxy around you, and you come into the end game with that, then you'll
get an amazing, very definitive ending."

"We wouldn’t do it any other way. How could you go through all three campaigns playing as your Shepard and then be forced into a bespoke ending that everyone gets? But I can’t say any more than that…"

"As Mass Effect 3 is the end of the planned trilogy, the developers are not constrained by the necessity of allowing the story to diverge, yet also continue into the next chapter. This will result in a story that diverges into wildly different conclusions based on the player's actions in the first two chapters."
