 I'm pretty sure I remember all their ads and promotions about how if you preorder Mass Effect 3, you with get preorder bonus items, right? So I go to preorder the game, ME3 comes out, and I along with many others are left without codes for the preoder bonus.

So I go to customer support twice and both the people tell me that the preorder bonus is not for the standard edition, and only for the deluxe edition? So, Seriously EA? That's freaking ridiculous.

Anyone else having this problem? Or know of why EA/Bioware did this?

Where did you pre-order the game? I know that if you got it from Origin you'd get all the items, but I'm pretty sure it's dependant on which store you used otherwise.

And if you did get it from Origin, wait a bit. It took me a full day after starting playing to receive the codes.

I pre-ordered the game on origin. Got my redeem codes in the e-mail on the 6th of march.

I pre-ordered on origin too and haven't gotten a thing.

Yeah, I pre-ordered the digital deluxe on Origin, and still haven't received any codes for it. When I did the live chat, they first told me how to redeem the codes, then, when I told them I hadn't gotten any codes to redeem, they proceeded to tell me that there aren't any codes and you just have the stuff in game if you pre-ordered.

I didn't receive my code either, but this representative was really helpful for me. Seems like EA's customer service involves a roll of the dice, you either get a really nice person or someone that will make you hate life.
