Are all the characters that were in ME2 avaible in ME3? cuz i cant seem to find any trace of jack, samara, grunt or zaeed

I've encountered all of them. Jack, Samara, and Grunt are in planet missions, but Zaeed's part of a side mission on the citadel. (hint: if you don't encounter Jack or Grunt before Tuchanka, you're doing it wrong)

None of them are in your squad, but they all appear for at least one mission in the game.

I did grissom mission but jack wasnt there. and only in my second playtrough i met thane and kasumi, any hints on how to meet them?

after watching these missions on youtube they are nothing like the ones i did.... :S

are you using an imported character? if they're not listed as surviving ME2 you won't get them.

damn... said only 10 survived ME2 on my save.... explains the 4 missing.... back to ME2 then i guess
