Mine went something like this.

-Shepard dies, that sucks
-Citadel explodes, well there goes life on Earth with all that mass falling down on it.
-Oh look, the relay exploded, there goes the entire solar system.
-Oh all the relays are exploding, well there goes the galaxy
-I see Joker is trying to outrun the explosions using conventional FTL- oops didn't make it.
-Well I guess everyone is dead, wait no some Normandy crew survived, poor bastards traded a quick death for a slow one.
-And hey! There we see Shepard drawing his last breath before expiring, joy.
-What the heck is this? Shepard's not a legend you twits, he just destroyed the whole galaxy!
-OK, now to go find out what I did wrong to get the absolute worst ending...
<5 minutes of searching later>

So the answer to one of the biggest questions in mass effect (what are the Reapers) is just some deus ex kid saying "oh i made them..they were my solution"....my thought hadn't moved on from that point while the ending played.

I stood there for ten minutes weighing the terrible options and considering my time lost to multiplayer to get my inconsequential readiness to 100%, then I threw myself into the beam to see everything my character had worked for over 3 games thrown away.

I was pretty good as the Reapers were destroyed, and then I saw the giant beam hit the relays and remembered what God-Child said, and I was like, "Wait a minute, that's stupid!" And then I saw Joker, and was like, "What the hell is he doing? Where is he?" And then the planet, and again, "What... what in the world? Why?"

I didn't even see the after-the-credits scene until like the third time, I kept turning it off in disgust.
