Nothing in the non-spoiler section. Might as well check the spoiler section. How much can I be spoiling for myself after all.

Only seeing threads about how terrible the ending is and stuff unrelated to what I'm looking for. Guess I'll check the ending discussion thread. Maybe someone will have posted something like that.

So those are the only options? Depressing shepard and friends are ****ed no matter what you do ending? Where the hell is my super paragon settle down on rannoch with tali ending? How can I play the game again if all that's waiting for my characters is a lonely death?

I didn't want a perfect ending.  I was actually expecting things to be pretty bad. What I wanted was for stuff to make sense.

Well the knot currently in my stomach formed. I thought to myself wow all that time trying to get the just right ending and now I get to pick from a 3 sided Simon board. I was really happy that I had played the other two and gotten excited because now the feeling of betrayal and dissapointment is at an overwhelming level.

 I wasn't thrilled with the ending but I wasn't HATING it until the old man and the child, and then playing it off as it was said by some random old fart.

That is where I pulled a "what the what?!"

I just felt at the end of ME3 that it was a shame to end such a great game and series on such a dissapointing note. I felt the game was incredible, but as much as I wish I could say differently, the ending really is an unfitting end to the series.

That was roughly my thought process while watching the ending for the first time. For the other two endings? Pretty much "A different color filter? Really, Bioware?"

It was a never ending list of "Please don't end it like this" when it got worse with each sequence... ending with a huge "What the **** just happened?!"

At first I thought it was the anti-biotics I am on as they apparently cause hallucinations. I actually had to go back to my save just before sheps pep talk with his crew in London and play through a second time. After that I thought WTF have I just seen? I then played through it a third time and just sat there very very bemused.

I am the silent majority, never posted on BSN until I got inappropriately touched by ME3's ending.

Why didn't I get to choose between the three options, even if they all sucked? I guess they are based on your in-game choices and outcomes and such, but still...

If the whole thing leading up to the ending hadn't been so awesome, I'd want to return this crap and demand a refund.
