Control is the only ending where Shepard doesn't either kill millions of entities needlessly, or violate the free will of everyone EVER by merging them with synthetics. So yes, control is the best ending, in that sense.

for 60 hours it told me controling the reapers was bad.

it takes more than 60 secounds to reprogram me, so no. control was not the better ending to ANY paragon shepard

Saren was also right. In the end the reapers were too powerful to truly defeat, so we had to pick options the reapers themselves gave us.

There were no right endings. It was either

Saren was right, let's go along with the Reapers and live side by side!
or
The Illusive Man was right, we can control their power for own will!
or
F it all, blow everything in the galaxy up, including the entire race of synthetics I spent hours saving. Not to mention the AI my pilot fell in love with who saved me and my crew countless times.

So either you end up being Saren, TIM, or a destructive a-hole.
Great choices.

TIM was indoctrinated by the Reapers, so anything he wanted to do is what the Reapers wanted him to do. It shouldn't be surprising that the little Reaper ghost kid tried to show Control and Synthesis as the best options and the only hope for the galaxy.

Think about TIM and Saren, both were indoctrinated, and both believed what they were doing was the only hope for the galaxy, so it makes sense that the Reaper kid would show the two options that don't result in the Reapers destruction as being the only hope for the galaxy. Or do you think the Reapers indoctrinated TIM and Saren by showing them that their choices would ultimately lead to the destruction of everything they were trying to protect?
