I managed to redeem the "From Ashes" DLC earlier, along with the "N7 Armory" DLC. However, I haven't noticed any "elite" weapons in game, nor a Mechdog. From Ashes hasn't finished downloading, but N7 had downloaded before I had even started playing.

I downloaded the From Ashes DLC via origin, redeemed N7 DLC via "social.bioware redeem"

I pre-ordered PC Collectors from Amazon, (Physical copy, not digital).
Do I have to do something select to ge the dog or is it just hiding or something?
My internet connection is RUBBISH, so I can't really go on ME3 whilst online (I live in a 4 floor student house, on the top floor. Today I seam to extra lucky, because it's actually connecting for a change), but I even tried going online on ME3 whilst online, and the only DLC it could detect was From Ashes.

I have found that each of my characters has 2 possible outfits, so is that the "Squadmate Alternative outfit pack"?

The dog only goes around in the shuttle bay, it was a very lackluster offering for being in a collectors edition as I think they said "A dog to follow you around Normandy." As for the "Elite" weapons, they arent really elite or ultra powerful anything if thats what you had hoped for, just different choices (Btw they all seem very heavy.)
