 For me, I only need the following things;

1. During the flashback sequence while choosing, I want to see MY LI. currently, if you did not romance Ash or Kaidan, it defaults to Liara. This minor detail ruined it for me.

2. Have the possibility of the Normandy not crashing(I'm willing to let go of this go, if they give us a decent reason WHY the Normandy was where it was in the first damn place.)

3. A real, detailed, text epilogue of what happens to the various races, and your companions, that changes based on your decisions in the story.

The bulk of the endings remain the same, but this would give me closure, and just enough to make it a happyish ending for me.

Shepard is about to make his decisions.
Renegade quick time appears
Shepard says "How about I make my own decisions.
Shepard spins around and blow the hologram kids head off, which was actually not a hologram, but the sole thing keeping all the reapers alive. All reapers die, universe saved. Happy ending.

If it had gone that way instead, it wouldve been leagues better.

A humongous patch...I want Shepard to live. He deserves to be an Admiral and have a happy retirement, he earned it a thousand times over.

I would have prefered an ending similar to dragon age origins: a group of text written endings that tells us what happens to the rest of the galaxy after!

The ending CGs and cutscenes were great but.... If ME3 is going to be the last of the series then we need a proper closure. No need for fancy CGs or whatnot, just a couple of text written endings that tells us what happens to the rest of the galaxy after the war. I think having this would be enough to grant us closure. It would be nice to know what happens to the quarians and geth after all our decisions. Or what happens to the krogans and their "new empire" after being free of the genophage (or their extiction). Heck, i wanna know what happens to my squadmates after my "sacrifice"!

Please conisder Devs. I wouldn't demand you guys to re-create an entirely new CG ending to a game. But making a DLC that enables this DAO text-ending feature should be easier AND enough for most of us.

A necrology, there are too many open questions.
It doesn't feel finished. Making it somehow that it feels the way... would have been great.

I agree, I think the normandy crash scene in the end is [indeed] confusing and posts too many "what-if" questions that mitigates the impact of a "closure".

Please give me a chance to make Shepard happy. You may say is too common, but he deserves it. With the current endings(Though in one of them, he's not dead), my heart hurts. Why can't you at least give Shepard a chance to be happy with Kaidan(or who ever you chose to romance) . I WANT A  HAPPILY FOREVER ENDING!!!!!

More options and choices that mattered. I don't mind an ending where Shepard dies, if it's done well it can be very poignant, but after everything he has been through I also want the choice to have him live.

I want to see the impact of uniting a galaxy. Or at least read about it in an epilogue text. I didn't waste 30-40 hours uniting the Krogan, Turain, Quarian, and Geth just to have everyone land on a Jungle Planet no matter what I did.

A choice that doesn't feel like I'm giving into a VI kid with a God complex. A perfect solution would have been a Paragon/Renegade interrupt to say, "No, these choices are not acceptable. Look out there and see what we've accomplished. We've earned the right to continue with or without your approval. I'm ending this cycle, and I'm starting with you."

Seriously, read the hallucination threads. It's not silly mumbo jumbo. It makes COMPLETE sense, with more and more evidence piling up.

- Remove the idiot star child Catalyst nonsense.
- Do not destroy the mass relays having previously established that this will kill everyone.
- If you must destroy the Citadel, at least show the people we've gotten to know and care about there evacuating.
- Do not have Joker quit the field like a coward.
- Allow an option for Shepard to live and unite with their LI. I don't care if it's happy. We've earned it. We could survive the suicide mission in ME2 with zero casualties. WE HAVE EARNED IT.

How about the B5 ending? ... tell the Reapers and the "god kid" to get the h3ll out of their galaxy.

Edit:  BTW why reap all advanced civilizations? -- Esp. the organics?  Wouldn't it be easier to just capture any rouge AIs / synthetic civilizations and reap them? .... you could just let their programs run on computers [like the geth] and give them their own virtual universe so-to-speak.  Granted you borrow ideas from the Matrix but it would be the machines in the Matrix instead of organics .....

Something that removes FutureChild from continuity.

The everything after the "elevator ride" to be part of some Indoctrinated fever dream. Shepard wakes from it and makes a final push to stop the reapers.

After that, there would be an epilogue to the story that would be varied based on your choices. More importantly, it would offer closure to all the characters from the trilogy that are still alive at the end of your playthrough.

How this wasn't a given is way, way beyond me.

They Dragon Age it. You're given the choice of heroic sacrifice or if your War assets etc were high enough somehow someone or something saves Shepard. Then you're told what becomes of your friends and the different species you've interacted with. The end. Not "Which way do you want to screw over the galaxy?"

Indication of the theory being tossed around here that the Catalyst boy and the three choices are an illusion, a trick by Harbinger to try and indoctrinate Shepard.

1. Make our choices matter more.
2. Add in two more variants. One being a somewhat happy ending where Shepard lives and always reunites with their crew. I don't necessarily care what happens to the rest of the galaxy, just make this one happen. And the second one would be that the Reapers win if you have too low of an EMS, and we essentially get a 'game over' ending.
3. Back write the Guardian into making more sense, or give us the option to tell them off.

what should happen is if your Shepard drew breath after the credits he gets up and kicks ass the old fashioned way. If you picked control/synthesis you see shepard dead on earth and the reapers as victorious.

If they're going to keep these other endings which, in a way make it so the mass effect universe ends with Shepard and ME3 (excluding any prequels), since the relays are destroyed as well as all the tech, then they desperately need to add closure. The first thing I did after waking up from Harbinger's beam was look around for tali and garrus...Tali and Javik stepped out of the normandy on that jungle planet which made no sense because tali was on the ground with me and would have either died or not had time to get back with Joker, whereas there is no mention of Garrus.

There's just too many 'wtf is going on' moments.

An epilogue and remove the ending part after the credits. I dont think I have ever been so angry at the end of anything.

Better yet, Indoctrination. You can just control all organics. You tell them what to do. You make them never construct any synthetic life form ever. Organic life is preserved with little to no effort.

Of course this would make sense. That's why idiot child didn't do it.
