Note: most players don't care if the endings are sad or happy, but want one that doesn't insult their intellegence.

How does shepard survive the explosion and crash of the citadel into earth!?!?!?!??!!??!!?!?!?!? More outrageous than the red/blue/green ending.

Shepard survives more damage in 10 minutes than Rasputin did in his life, and lives. If red ending you get shot, blown up twice, and planet fall.

The whole ending was about as artistic as fly guts on a windshield, but at least you can clean that **** off!

nah, shepard breathing is ok ( at least to me), because we don't know whether he will continue breathing for the next 10 minutes or not , maybe he die right after that scene ( LOTS OF SPECULATIONS!!!)

the biggest wtf for me is the synthetic ending, come on...green energy that alters the dna of every living organisms in the entire galaxy? ...space magic like this does not suit the style of Mass effect

You all need to listen and read up on indoctrination theory. It's the only thing that can redeem what was presented.

Nope, the only way to get the living ending is to pick Destroy, which is specifically meant to kill Shepard BECAUSE of the synthetic impants (and doesn't make her/him part Reaper in any shape or form, according to what little we're told). So in the lives ending, we have

1) The ending s/he picked was meant to destroy the synthetics inside him/her, therefore killing her straight out.
2) Surviving the pipe explosion.
3) Surviving the Citadel explosion.
4) Surviving re-entry into the atmosphere.

I don't because it's dismissive, tends to be based on raw emotions and assumes that the company just threw their hands up on the ending after having spent millions of dollars on the franchise.

It doesn't explain why they screwed it up and putting the entire franchise, which could still rake in huge money, at risk of jumping the shark.

Shepard awakes surrounded by stone debris. Last time I checked there're stone buildings on Earth (london for example), none in the Citadel.

This?

He's just spouting off the same mumbo jumbo that star child spouts.  It doesn't disprove IT.  It just proves that the Reapers have a motive for doing this and that they are trying to convince Shepard that his efforts are futile to stop them or what will happen if the Reapers do not complete their mission.  It almost sounds like he's trying to get Shepard to see the greater good; to win him over.  Maybe priming him for the starchild's discussion?

Yes.  Getting stuck in geometry or weird glitches, yes.  But something like this? Not impossible, but very unlikely.
