i prefer Bioware Screw-Up theory, it's simple, elegant, and explain everything as well...

Nope, the only way to get the living ending is to pick Destroy, which is specifically meant to kill Shepard BECAUSE of the synthetic impants (and doesn't make her/him part Reaper in any shape or form, according to what little we're told). So in the lives ending, we have
1) The ending s/he picked was meant to destroy the synthetics inside him/her, therefore killing her straight out.
2) Surviving the pipe explosion.
3) Surviving the Citadel explosion.
4) Surviving re-entry into the atmosphere.

I don't because it's dismissive, tends to be based on raw emotions and assumes that the company just threw their hands up on the ending after having spent millions of dollars on the franchise.
It doesn't explain why they screwed it up and putting the entire franchise, which could still rake in huge money, at risk of jumping the shark.

The indoctrination theory is not true. The Reaper on Rannoch all but tell you this.
Explain, please.

Shepard awakes surrounded by stone debris. Last time I checked there're stone buildings on Earth (london for example), none in the Citadel.Master Che wrote...
How do you "know" he went back to Earth?

This?
He's just spouting off the same mumbo jumbo that star child spouts. It doesn't disprove IT. It just proves that the Reapers have a motive for doing this and that they are trying to convince Shepard that his efforts are futile to stop them or what will happen if the Reapers do not complete their mission. It almost sounds like he's trying to get Shepard to see the greater good; to win him over. Maybe priming him for the starchild's discussion?

Yes. Getting stuck in geometry or weird glitches, yes. But something like this? Not impossible, but very unlikely.
