Priority: Rannoch spoilers.

I have the loyalty of both Tali and Legion; Tali was not exiled; I rescued Koris; I did both of the other Rannoch missions before hitting the Reaper base; I have been nothing but polite to the quarians; I have completed all side missions but one before reaching this point, meaning I should have sufficient reputation.

And I have never received the option to give the Admirals a speech. Shepard orders Tali to talk the Admirals down. I encourage Legion to keep uploading. And then nothing. It moves directly onwards without a speech option and then into the cutscene, meaning the quarian fleet is completely lost and Tali kills herself.

I'm not sure if this is a bug, or because I've got  a bar and a little bit of a second bar of renegade leaking into my 3.8 bars of paragon. Is that what's preventing me from getting the peace option that is most obvious and the peace option I have worked for? There have been others who overwrote the Heretics in ME2, so I don't see why that would be an issue if everything else was done right and I have the full 5-7 "points" needed to qualify for a peace option.

Han'Gerrel's actions are absurd anyway, and not to mention that the game is completely biased against renegade options, but that's not the forum for this.

Is this a bug, or are my paragon/renegade points in my way?
