I've finished the game and chose to destroy the Reapers skipped the credits, then theres the scene with the stargazer and child after that there was a blank screen with a message saying I became a legend and that I can play further to build that legend, I click ok then it goes back to before I assulted the Illussive man's base, is there a game play after stoping the Reapers?

That happens so Bioware can introduce DLC into the game. The ending's pretty final as you know(and I still hate it but meh).

I'm not even doing multiplayer, as soon as I see the overall DLC list, I will decide whether I would like to keep the ME3 disc as Mr. Gamble has urged us to do so, or just burn it and pretend that the series ended at ME2.
