Datapad had not been released when I created this thread, so at that time you did have to pay to increase your readiness.

I'm not much of a fan of iOS games, and was only interested in buying the app if there was a reasonable payoff for doing so.

People posting here were really helpful though, if you read their comments. I can understand if you are angry at angry people, but whining about whiners, on a thread where nobody's whining, doesn't make much sense either.

Your absolutely right, I realized after the fact, that when I posted that comment it was rash and I was quick to judge other people who were doing the same thing, only to make it worse.

I apologize for those things and I intend to edit the post and remove them. There really were a lot of helpful posts and I'm sorry mine wasn't exactly the same. I didn't mean to direct it towards or offend you and anyone else and I'm very sorry if I did.

No problem at all. We've all done much worse than that, I'm sure.

When I created this thread, BTW, this forum was going absolutely ballistic with hate due to the ending, so it was nice that people, in this little spot at least, were being nice and helpful!
