Can anyone list all the possibilities of the deaths of the squadmates (and possibly other characters player may care about) from all 3 games in Mass Effect 3? Excluding the final 15 minutes of the game, of course, because nothing is clear at that moment. Also, what happened to Zaeed? I didn't get it.
About losing squadmates (both former and actual)

For me I lost Mordin, Legion and Thane. I think no matter what Thane and Legion dies. I have heard that just about everyone from ME2 squadmates can die if you wait too long or if other things happen.

Ashley/Kaidan: Shot by you or squad during Cerberus attack on Citadel.
Thane: Collectors Base or killed by Kai Leng
Tali: Suicide if side with geth and fail to convince her (Blue/Red options)
Legion: Dies if you upload reaper code.
Mordin: Always dies I believe.
Liara: Don't think you can kill her.
Ashley/Kaidan: Shot by you or squad during Cerberus attack on Citadel.

Thane always dies
Mordin can die curing the genophage
Wrex can die trying to kill you if you didn't
Miranda dies if you don't warn her about Kai Leng
Jack is indoctrinated and later dies if you don't do her mission.
Samara can shoot herself
Tali can kill herself too
Morinth becomes a banshee, so I hear. I assume we kill her.
VS can die when you confront them.
Am I missing any?

Kelly can die if you don't get her to chance her name
Kirrahe can die if Thane is already dead
Wreave dies if Wrex is alive
Eve can die if you didn't save Maelon's data
I hear Conrad can take a bullet for you if you didn't do Jenna's mission in ME1, but haven't seen proof.

yes, if your military assets score is low. I think if you have it above 2800 - they survive.
so in liew of this - all squadmates can die.
EDI also dies in destroy ending, along with geth.
low galactic score also means that everyone who was on the normandy at the time - died.

Also, what happens to Wreave (all possibilities, please with details. How does he die if Wrex is alive? Do we kill him if Wrex is dead and we don't cure the genophage?) ?

to have better outcomes like you need 4000 to 4999 if you have over 5000 its differnt I guess in some the cases more isnt betterjeweledleah wrote...

Well Kaidan showed up with Joker in his ship, even though I took him with me. This was control the reaper ending. One minute he's lying face down, the next he doesn't even look injured and walking out with Joker on that strange planet.
