Same problem here and after looking around this problem's been around since the DLC was put on the site.
So... this file has been corrupt since it was released.

Is there a link for the fix? I just bought the Shadow Broker DLC and cant get it to install. I downloaded it 8 times and nothing.

Official support has always been on the EA Help pages.
Personally, I never buy digital downloaded software of any sort. I cannot assist directly. Have you gone through all of Kloreep's FAQs in his summary?
