 Even if you chose to control the reapers, the kid says all three choices break the cycle. So for all we know Sheperd told them to fly into the sun. I didnt choose blue just so they could come back 50,000 years later. So if all three end the cycle, I think blue is best as fatr a paragon, because that way you dont kill the geth or EDI or any other synthethics.
