Kelly gets executed by Cerberus and that's it.

Nothing dramatic and she did not even get her own death scene. ROFL.

So as a love interest in ME2 she is insignifigant there and insignifigant in ME3.

Talk about a bit part. She's like the away team member in star trek that always dies.

No justice for her.

You can save her by telling her to change her identity, though she's still insignificant in ME3.

Actually, you can meet up with her prior to the coup and warn her to change her identity, and she'll survive.

Is this.... Is this a thread not about the ending..? Am I hallucinating?

But yeah, she gets spaced by Cerberus, though I heard that there's someway to save her, don't take my word for it though.

For all the false positives she gave me in 2, where I'd run to check my terminal only to find no new messages, she deserved to die for her incompetence! >:|

(Not really, though :( She didn't appear in my game, so I'm going through 2 again for the fish).

I loved kelly. When I got that british **** I was pissed. I wanted Kelly. And when I heard Kelly died and she didn't get put on the memorial board made me even more mad. I wanted her as a LI in ME3...

How do you meet up with her? I never had a chance.

What I found annoying about that is that TIM apparently went out of his way to place a kill-order on her, the slightly goofy, super-optimistic ship's counselor, but during the Sanctuary bit, he's constantly telling Leng not to bother with Miranda, who is an actual threat, unless she actively interferes.

its hard to see through the spew of bad endings but maybe kelly knew something?

Also if she is still in that container I call dibs on the dark meat.

Yeah, there is the option to tell her to change her identity/encourage her to leave - in which case she doesn't die. TIM isn't a nice guy and has this habit of eliminating anyone who could shed light on his work - not particularly surprised he would eliminate anyone who worked with Shepard, no matter how innocuous they were.

Thank you. I was a little saddened when I overheard about her death and wanted to know exactly how to change that on the next play through. You did that. You're a peach.

Miranda said that Cerberus squads were actively hunting her when you meet her on the citadel, I think the only reason he told Leng not to go after her was because she's a powerful Biotic and Leng getting stalled on her might have given Shepard time to catch up (since Miradna quit Cerberus for Shep, it could be logical that she would come to him if she needed help with a problem, even though she didn't.)
Or, Kelly knows much more than you know.

That's a matter of what matters in the moment. Fighting Miranda when they had bigger fish to fry would be counterproductive. Keep in mind that Miranda was on the run from Cerberus for the entire rest of the game, and that the Illusive Man himself told her that he needed to "contain the situation."

She had the best crotchless panties in the fleet when she had her groove on.Posted Image

No justice and no respect from the Game Devs that she did not even warrant her own death scene. Thats just low.

Save her from the Collectors by going strait through the omega-4 relay.

Save her from Cerberus by telling her to change her identity before the coup.

Save her from the Reapers by choosing the control ending which spares the citadel.

So she can survive, and seen as the citadel is mostly self sufficient, will probably survive untill old age.

Which is more than can be said for just about every single main character in the entire trilogy.

OK, I see I didn't do a very good job of making myself very clear: TIM has a squad detailed to go and cap Kelly during the Citadel coup, when they have better things to do.  Like, you know, participate in the coup.  Kelly can't do jack about that.  She's just giving counseling to refugees. She has no special LEET combat skills or whatever.  But Miranda, who is on-site at Sanctuary and is definitely a potential problem, is just allowed to go running about.  Now, I do agree that there is a logic to that.  But it still doesn't fit with how Kelly's death was handled, which event was, to me, just shoved in to reiterate that Cerberus are a bunch of jerks.

That, and there was literally NO REASON to kill her. She was a human helping refugees with therapy; she was having trouble keeping herself together, and she was very small-time; a therapist can't effectively help many people in a relatively short amount of time.

That's just extremely vindictive, for no reason. She couldn't have stopped Shepard anyway, with anything.
