Posting this here as I'm on Xbox 360 and not PS3.

My Brother recieved his CE from Amazon Saturday and cannot find the Online Pass code in the box anywhere.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Where is it usually found? (Mine for XBox was on a slip with both the From Ashes and Online Pass codes on it, his from ashes code is alone and doesn't even mention CE anywhere on it, did he somehow get a misprinted slip or a code that is actually the from ashes preorder DLC seperately?)
Who would he be better to contact and how to resolve this? Bioware, EA or Amazon?
