ME1:

Saren: "The coming of the Reapers is inevitable, Shepard. You cannot stop it, don't even try. Here are your 3 options"

- Bow to the Reapers.
- Offer companions for Indoctrination.
- Pledge to be Saren's personal minion.

ME2:

Illusive Man: "There is no way we can fight the Reapers without the Collector Base's technology. You cannot contradict me, here are your 3 options."

- Give Collector Base to Cerberus with a green explosion.
- Give Collector Base to Cerberus with a red explosion.
- Give Collector Base to Cerberus with a blue explosion.

Well, I did decide to give the Collectors Base to TiM, so I'd like the opportunity for some pretty colours.

Nah, I think it would be more in line to change to :
 ME1 could end with Shepard being killed by some new aliens just showing [edit fixed wrong tense, doh] up out of nowhere.

And ME2 could end with Shepard being arrested for War Crimes.

I think that would fit in rather nicely with ME3's ending style.

Sorry, ME2's forcing you to play with TIM and the luggage that came with that made me far more bitter than the ME3 endings did .

Just think, if we're forced to give Cerberus the collector base in ME2, then we could gain access to a Human reaper in ME3 that Shepard can pilot and rip the other reapers apart, saving the day in typical Shepard style.
