I'm already towards the end of Mass Effect 3 and I seem to be missing atleast 2 system that I'm aware of. I believe they are the Tikkun System which contains Rannoch the Quarians homeworld and Persus Veil. They just seemd to disappear from the Galaxy Map and there is no trace of a system where they used to be. Has anyone else noticed some star systems or cluster are missing?

I've hovered over some apparently non-accessable systems that are apparently where mass relays are. They show up as connections between relays but you can't do anything with them.

The 2 systems that were stated were on the outer edges of the galaxy, to the top right of the galaxy, and there is nothing there anymore. I know which ones your talking about I have a few of those as well, but to have two galaxies disappear entirely is a different story.

I noticed a few Reaper infested markers near the end of the game that could be star systems but you can't seem to enter them. Whether they're just bugs or blocked star systems (that could be unblocked via a future patch or are potential future DLCs) only time and the developers could tell.
