Is there a way to keep everyone alive? Well I lost Thane from that Kai guy, Now legion and Tali. I think I'm halfway through not sure. In my main play I kept Tali. Is there any ways?

No. You can't.
"People die in war" I believe is the intent of the message.

Legion dies no -matter- what. Thane does as well, I do believe. But you -can- save Tali.

^ That's my main save where I kept Tali, tried redoing it. I think there is away though. It sucks, I don't want to lose anymore. I didn't beat the game yet,

Tali can be saved. Legion and Thane and Mordin cannot be.
To be honest I was fine with the way they handled Mordin and Thane and Legion making their exit. Mordin was near the end of his life anyways and dies undoing something he had a personal hand in. It was a heroes death.
Thane again, was dying already, they couldn't have given him a better death, it was a warriors death and its what he deserved, as compared to slowly being killed by an incurable disease.
Legion's "death" was not so much a death as a transcendence. But as you're having issues saving Tali I won't go too far into that.

You do realize that everyone on Earth and the Solar system dies at the end right?
Blowing up a Mass Relay = end of life in the relay's system. Just play Arrival.
Hell you can even SEE the size of the explosion when viewing the entire milky way.

Thane had a good death, as far as that goes. And Mordin went out the way he wanted to, I think, setting right the thing that had plagued him all his life. As for Legion, I preferred to look at it less as him being permanently gone, and more as a piece of him being in every geth. In a sense, every geth now is partly Legion. And I think I can live with that.

From what I've read [haven't experienced], he'll tend to die from his Kerpal's Syndrome before that event occurs.

Legion and Thane have to die. Tali, Miranda, Wrex OR Mordin (you have to choose 1), and Ashley/Kaidan can be saved.

Miranda can't be saved unless you romanced her as male shepard in ME2. Says so in the game guide. She dies no matter what without the romance and continuing the romance. Sorry to those who think you can save her. Tali can be saved, Wrex can be saved... frankly just there are those scripted to die no matter what.

Uh, I didn't romance her and she lived fine? Apparently during one of the conversations you have with her, you're supposed to tell her Kai Leng is involved and she claims afterward that if you didn't tell her about him, she'd have died.
I went through and only Mordin, Thane & Legion died.

From what I understand, without spoiling anything, the way to keep Tali alive depends partly on your decisions from ME2 and partly if and how you completed some missions in ME3. Saying anything more feel like it might be a bit of a spoiler I'm afraid. Are we sure that Wrex can be saved? In one of the cut scenes on Earth, he's on a rooftop with a random Asari. I don't think he has any lines, but the Asari commando is barking orders, and then they realize they're about to be targeted by the big bad laser beam. I took that to mean that Wrex died in battle. In my game, Eve was dead though (didn't get to the bomb in time) so maybe that would have affected it?

Miranda can be saved and it's pretty easy. Just wait till she messages you a second time. You meet with her in the Spectre room in the Presidium (where you buy the Spectre gear) In the second conversation Shepard warns her about Kai Leng. Then you must do the renegade/paragon persuasion at the confrontation.

Wrex can be saved. On the last mission on Earth you see him give a speech to the Krogans. Nearly everyone can be saved.
